We all have budgets to stay within for our business and we want to help you stay within that budget. We have multiple packages to help you get the bookkeeping help you need.
Our Services
Do It Yourself with Help
You have a handle on your books, but there are few things you want to be sure you are doing right.
That’s where we come in. You can ask all the questions you want in a one hour sitting for one low price and we will show you how to do it. We will guide you, so you can be confident that your books are organized and correct.
One Time Fee: $500
Quarterly
You don’t have a lot going on in your books. Usually under 30 transactions a month, but no payroll, extra software or other bells and whistles. We can do your books quarterly, charging less, but making sure your books are in great shape.
Prices starting at: $250
Monthly
Your books are a little more complicated, or you need payroll, AP/AR or have other systems and software that needs to be tracked. Let us be your experts on how to get things organized and keep it that way. You will have peace of mind that your numbers are always ready for you, whether that’s for taxes, loans, or growth decisions.
Pricing is custom to your budget and workload.
Clean-ups
Are your books in good shape? Do they make sense, are things duplicated, or missing? Is everything reconciling easily? Are you accounting for merchant fees, loan interest, and other fees?
We go through your books with a fine tooth comb, making sure all of your expense are correct, and that you are not missing anything.
We make sure that your income is not overstated due to duplicates etc.
What does this mean for you? You will have books that will not cost you more than necessary at tax time.
